Our mission is to impact and empower lives through the disciplined skill of the Power of Leverage with the fellowship of Jiu Jitsu. We focus on providing a constructive and supportive atmosphere where students can learn safe and proper techniques in conjunction with fair play through friendly competition.

Jiu-Jitsu Classes
We offer Jiu-Jitsu classes for various age groups including kids 4-5 years old, kids 6-7 years old, kids 8-12 year olds, teens, and adults.

Private & Group Lessions

Where do I even start? Prior to POL, my two kids have tried a couple of other Jiu Jitsu schools in the area. Some schools only had a couple of coaches comparing to the number of students ratio. Others weren’t interested in teaching the art other than wearing the kids out with games and activities. One school constantly put my son on time out…
